How Do Invisalign Aligners Work?
Invisalign treatment works through a set of transparent removable trays that gradually guide your teeth into their desired position. To begin your care, we will take impressions of your mouth, which will be given to a designated lab where your personalized clear aligners will be fabricated. Once the aligner trays are sent to our practice, we will schedule you to come back in to collect your first set and go over instructions on how to wear them. Your Invisalign trays should be kept in place for at least 20 – 22 hours each day and only taken out prior to brushing, flossing, eating, or drinking. Every 7 – 14 days, you will need to trade your current set of teeth aligners for the next in your series. Our team will help you schedule monthly checkups so Dr. Bathini can monitor your progress.

Dr. Bathini and her staff are the BEST! She is extremely thorough, has amazing bedside manner, and you truly feel cared for. Her office is immaculately clean and she uses really state of the art technology to take images and x-rays of your mouth. She also spent a lot of time TEACHING me about my mouth and proper brushing technique. Her staff is also very warm, and kind. They offered me water while I was waiting and made me feel very comfortable before seeing the doctor. I only come to Plano a few times a year, but I wish I lived here because I would go to her all of the time!
